Program Outline:

A program that encourages an “Active for Life” approach will be offered

Skill focus will be from the following list and will be adjusted to suit the development needs of the group.

  1. Balance
  2. Edge control
  3. Cross-over/corner
  4. Agility
  5. Starts
  6. Introduction to Training Laps
  7. Track patterns/counting steps
  8. Passing
  9. Relay
  10. Decision type training/obstacle course
